In Zulu Uma isicathulo silingana, sigqoke.
This idiom is used in Zulu to mean that if something applies to you, you should acknowledge it.
Example
"Wamangalelwa ngamanga, futhi wathi: "Uma isicathulo silingana, sigqoke." (He was accused of lying, and he said: "If the shoe fits, wear it.")"
